we recognize the needs

We start our work with an analysis of the client's needs. We get acquainted with the hardware base and the IT systems used. We analyze business processes. We use the knowledge and experience of our experts, engineers and IT specialists to develop the best solutions for the client. We involve the project manager in the analysis process at this early stage.

Based on the information obtained at the stage of needs analysis, together with the client, we define goals, to which we then adjust solutions that optimally support these goals. Among other hardware companies and system suppliers, we are distinguished by the fact that at this stage we focus primarily on an efficient and optimal process and the customer's resources, and not on the brand of the delivered device or system.

We always carry out the implementation stage in a manner previously agreed with the client. A dedicated, experienced project manager is responsible for each implementation. We take care of the proper operation of the systems and devices we provide. We pay a lot of attention to user training, but also to post-implementation processes. We provide a high level of support, maintenance and service of our systems as well as the medical devices and IT infrastructure we provide.
